These are deliberately inspectable builds, not magic demos. The chatbot uses local FAQ matching, not a hidden language model. The agent's live trace is a deterministic simulation; its downloadable Python starter uses a real LangGraph state machine once you install the package. The dashboard is a real standalone HTML artifact.
